I've been to Bukhara twice & both times have been great, the taste of the food is delicious & consistent, the presentation of the food is that on par with an al la carte restaurant, offering a wide selection of fusion to traditional Asian style dishes, the dessert range was great with many to offer. I had travelled far from Hull as a planned weekend visit to Manchester, Southport & to Bukhara to put the cap on it all, it was great thank you.

Booked online and received a confirmation email plus courtesy telephone call ahead of the booking. Our window table was reserved and ready upon arrival. The food was absolutely delicious and my folks loved it. I'd recommend the mixed grill for starters along with the Thai Mango Salad; Chicken Karahi and Shahi Chicken Biryani for mains and Gaajar Halwa with ice cream for dessert. I'd also highly recommend the mango lassi. The service was attentive and welcoming throughout. Bukhara remains a classic gem and I'm glad it is still going strong today.

I have been going to Bukhara for 10 years and it really is the best food is consistently amazing. The staff are so friendly and remember me when I go! I have been as a couple and in large groups and they can accommodate perfectly with issues. Great value for money. 100% worth it

A great spot for traditional Asian food and desserts. We loved the Mixed Grill and Kachori Chaat. Service was quick, professional and friendly. Also, you can’t leave here without trying one of the desserts. My wife loved the Gajar Halwa with Ice Cream and I had the Falooda, which was also quite nice.

One of the standout dishes for me was the lamb chops, leg of lamb & seekh kebab. The tenderness of the meat combined with the aromatic spices was truly outstanding. It was cooked to perfection, juicy, and bursting with flavors. The butter chicken & Kachori chaat was another highlight. The creamy, velvety tomato-based sauce was heavenly, and the chicken was incredibly tender. It was one of the best butter chickens I have ever had. The service at Bukhara Samlesbury was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure that every need was met. They were more than happy to provide recommendations, answer any questions, and ensured that our dining experience was flawless. The attention to detail and the level of hospitality truly made us feel like valued guests. When it comes to quality food there aren’t many places that can compete with Bukhara. The slow roasted leg of lamb is one to try. The prune lamb curry was also a delight. The place is in need of some refurbishment but the quality of the food cannot be faulted. Never disappoints.

Honestly one of the best restaurants out there. From the starters to the dessert was outstanding. Customer service 5* family friendly. Will be definitely coming again!!!

We’ve been fortunate enough to visit Bukhara several times over the last 10/15 years, and the service has always been consistently spot on - whether it’s just the two of us or a group of 30 (booked well in advance for a larger group, naturally). The staff are always accommodating, and parking has never been an issue when we’ve dined here. Already looking forward to our next visit for their legendary leg of lamb.
